Fully funded scholarship in uk or USA and Canada too

l tried to ask for a scholarship in uk or USA and  Canada too but I'm was not given  a scholarship am Jaggwe Fahadihah a Ugandan citizen and am in grade 9 and this year in November I will graduate for grade 10 and my parents have not money to support me finish My studies am looking for a scholarship in uk or USA and Canada too my dream is to be a doctor in medicine course
